Life Highlights
Forty-plus years ago, I was a BMX-riding kid from Mountain View shaped by the streets and searching for direction. Sports became a steadying force, introducing me to mentors, lifelong friends, and a deeper understanding of faith and purpose.
Today, I’m grateful for a life centered on family, faith, and service. I’ve spent much of my career as a civil engineer helping small communities plan, design, and build infrastructure as they respond to changing needs and interests. More than anything, the work has been about people and relationships.
The roles I value most are husband, father, grandfather, and disciple of Jesus Christ. Looking back, I can see God’s hand in the struggles, opportunities, and people who shaped my life.
Forever grateful for wrestling, lifelong friendships, and the lessons learned along the way. Anchorage has always been home, no matter where life has taken me. Married since 1992, proud father of five, and grandpa to a perfect little human.
